We are a private, non-profit organization dedicated to finding volunteers to help those in need overcome challenges, while developing meaningful relationships with them.

It was founded by Riochi Giles, a Houston native who has dedicated much of her time being a positive role model for inner city youth since her early teens, when she began a mentorship program called The Junior Mentor League. Riochi has always understood the dreams of today’s youth. And she knows how easily those dreams could be shattered by abuse, neglect, poverty and lack of resources. Riochi has chosen to devote her life to restoring dignity and independence to wounded youth and changing lives for many years to come.
